Terms and Conditions

Scope of Work: Digital Octopus will provide the following digital marketing services: [Grow Your Brand, Social Media Strategy, Digital Media Strategy, Analyse & Optimise Your Data, DTC Customer Journey, Influencer Marketing Strategy - ready-to-action plans]. The scope of work and deliverables will be agreed upon by both parties before the start of the project.

Timeframe: The project will begin on agreed date with client and will be completed by agreed date. Any delays in completion will be communicated by the freelancer in a timely manner.

Fees: The freelancer will be compensated for their services at the rate agreed with client. Any additional expenses incurred during the course of the project, such as the cost of materials, will be pre-approved by the client and added to the final invoice.

Payment Terms: The client will make payments in accordance with the following schedule: 30 days payment schedule from when invoice is received. Any payments not received within 30 days of the due date will incur a late fee of 25%.

Revisions and Approval: The client will have 14 days to review and provide feedback on the deliverables. Any additional revisions requested by the client will be completed within 7 days and may incur additional charges.

Confidentiality: The freelancer agrees to keep all confidential information, including but not limited to business plans, ideas, and trade secrets, strictly confidential and will not disclose such information to any third party without the client's prior written consent.

Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition of this agreement. If a long-term agreement is in place, the client must give 30 days written notice of termination.

Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations and discussions, whether oral or written.

Independent Contractor: The freelancer shall be an independent contractor and nothing in this agreement shall be deemed to create a partnership or agency relationship.

Assignment: The freelancer may not assign or transfer this agreement or delegate any of its obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of the client.
